No accuracy guarantee

We make a good-faith effort to base each calculator on published research and to cite sources, but we do not warrant that any information, formula, calculation result, source citation, or supporting content on this site is accurate, complete, current, or free of error. Equations applied to population averages cannot predict individual physiology, and the inputs you enter may themselves be imprecise. Results should be treated as rough estimates only and may be wrong.

If you spot a methodology error or have a correction, please contact us. We update content when better information becomes available, but we make no commitment to any particular update schedule or response time.

Use of the site

You may use Health Calculations for your own personal, educational, non-commercial purposes. You may not republish or redistribute calculator content, methodology notes, or other original content as your own. You may link to specific pages and reference our work with attribution.
